Complaint regarding Sony Xperia service

I bought Sony Xperia M4 dual aqua on 31-Aug. within 10 days the microphone of the phone stopped working. I spoke to the customer service and they gave me a service ID and also directed me to the service centre of Sony at Ghatkopar East.

The service received there was patheic. They were not giving me any clarity on the process and were asking me to submit my phone and wait for 40 mins – 1-2 hours. Also they were not ready to provide any information on whether or not the phone will be corrected, how much time will it take and there was no cooperation at all.

First the phone had a problem in just 10 days, then the service centre drawa a blank everytime you ask them a question and top of everything the service centre guys asked me to go ahead and complain. so here I am.

Sony by far has the most horrible and appalling service and I shall never be using any Sony product. a big thumbs down to Sony. Please improve your God-forsaken process. it is nothing but ‘Pathetic’ .
