I had purchased a SONY Experia E3 dual vide bill No- KA-BLR5-140778651-42317 on dated 11th November 2014. The Sony Authorized Service center (Teknoplaza) deny to provide warranty to the said damaged mobile on 17th October 2015. They are saying that mobile has been damaged due to water. So they will not provide me the warranty. But I know that my phone never touches a single drop of water. They shaw me some green things inside the phone (just near the charger connect point) and told me that this due to water entered inside the phone. They ask me about 7000 inr for repair the phone.
