I have bought my phone in the second week of August. XPERIA M2 And till then I visited the service center 5 times sony has the worst quality I faced every problem staring from handset to charger. Its a DAMAGED PHone I want the another phone

Charging problem, Speaker not working revert me as soon as possible, Charger not working, Earphone damaged, mic damaged, dots appeared on screen initially it was ok it Occured after i gave to service center they havent given me a replacement phone and now

I lost the reciept and they made me visit the center thrice. Initially they said u need an your ID PROOFS AND THEN THEY AGREED TO RETURN ME PHONE AFTER 2 WEEKS BUT disagreed to give charger on behalf of the id proof and ASKED FOR AN AFFIDAVIT FOR THE CHARGER. I got fed up with their behaviour and hvent recieved charger. Now after collecting the habdset I start facing the problem again. Again they said to deposit it for 7 days.
