Complaint regarding Sony Xperia servicing and replacement

I have purchased a Sony Experia c4 handset from Reliance Digital on 02.08.15 .During my 10 months of using this hand set, 4 times it has been deposited in Shreejal Services Cuttack for the same problem (Touch screen Malfunction) On 20th June 16 it has been again deposited for the same problem. I also came to know from the service center that last time mother board was also changed.
I want to bring to your notice that my warranty will be over after 2 months and then after if the same problem arises then I will be charged for that.

After 5 days I have received a call from Sony Service center that my C4 handset will be replaced by Z5. They asked me to bring the box assembly of my old phone. When I reached the service center they opened a sealed box of Z5. To my surprise the display of that brand new sealed box packed handset was not working. Again they asked me to wait for 4 to 5 days so they can arrange another Z5.
I was surprised to see the new Z5 which is opened from a sealed box is having trouble in touch screen. Previously I had an impression that Sony is very good brand but now I am having a very bad experience with Sony for the last 1year.
