I have purchased Sony X-peria Z3+ from online retailer Amazon Dtd. 29th March 2016.

On 10th October 2016 I noticed my phone is not responding and Touch screen not working.

On 11th October 2016 i visited your Repair Centre TEKNOPLAZA, Saltlake, Kolkata. I found the centre is closed on 12:00 noon.

On my repeat visit on 12th October, i was told the following:
a). My touch screen is broken
b). Warranty Void,
c). Tentative cost of Repair is Rs.16,000, inspection Charges:Rs.115, Service Charges: Rs.575.

On 13th October I was told Cost of Repair will be Rs.13124.74 plus Inspection and Service Charges.
After that they not even return my phone and said they can return my un-repaired phone only on 17th October . It was Shocking.

Justice is needed….. Sony is a name of Faith…
Customer pays on the Brand Name….. if the Brand name has no value then what for a customer pay, while i can have same facilities in a cheaper non-branded set.
Please give me justice otherwise the Word “BRAND NAME” is a false in today’s India
