I am writing this message so you can understand my concern. I am gonnna tell you from the start. I buyed sony xperia Z1 on 4august, 2015. Then after few months its audio jack was not working properly, then i submitted my phone to sony authorised service centre-F1 info and solution situated in nehru place, New Delhi. I got my phone back in 4 days with audio jack fixed.

Then i went to home and checked everything including the water resistance of my phone with all the flabs closed. When it came in contact with water its screen was losing its brightness and at last their was only blank screen. As i have used my phone earlier in water, it was the first time that the screen was gone. Then i dried my phone with a towel and saw that they have not sealed my phone properly and the water was penetrating into the phone through the lower body of the phone. Then i again went to the service centre and submitted the phone and told them that it is your fault,and they collected my phone. After few hours they called me and said it is liquid damage and it is not coming under warranty and you have to pay because its your fault. I tried to explain him but he did’nt listen a word. He said that you have not closed the flaps completely and the water is penetrated through the flaps only. He talked so rudely and not accepting their fault. Because of these service centres the goodwill of companies like sony are drowning. Please understand my concern and help me out of this situation.
