I given my phone to repair at VIGNESHWAR SERVICES BANGALORE (Address: 659, Ground Floor, 17th D Main Road, Near Koramangala Club, 6 Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India Phone:+91 80 2553 5400 Mobile +918041717087)) which is Sony Authorized Service Centre through my cousin Denzil as i am staying in Abu Dhabi. The phone i purchased in Bangalore.They sent my phone to repair on 15th April. So more than 2 months completed. Till they given me 6 to 7 dates to collect the phone. My cousin went 7 times, so finally we both are fed up. Even though i complaint to Sony customer care service. But only promises, no actions they took. I gave advance Rs. 4000/-. My concern is if they are making my phone is ready then when , if not i am requesting kindly give my phone back. I am attaching the necessary document in this email. Please help me
