I have been using spidigo broad band since last 6 months. Everymonth the net is down for 5 to 7 days. Even after repeated complaint the net provider does not fix the problem.

I have paid in advance for 15 months. I want my refund as the net never works for more than 20 days a month. Which hampers my work and study. These people must be punished for such fraud. And they also dont extend the usage of net for the days they haven’t provided services.
