The Swipe Elite Plus Phone had been submitted @ The ServiceCentre in Kanpur on 14/09/2016. The phone has not been repaired yet. The phone was brought on 18/08/2016. It was only used for a month when the display went off, and since then it is lying with the Service centre. We are not getting any positive response for the phone and the delivery of the phone is delayed by a week whenever we connect to the servicecentre / swipe via facebook / twitter.

The num provided on site is not working as well , hence it becomes very difficult to track the issue.

Now we need the refund of our phone as it has been more than a month since the phone is lying with the service centre and not returned.
