I have purchased a product,SWIPE KONNECT BLACK[4G VoLTE,QUAD CORE] was delivered in the first week of january hence I’m writing to inform you about its slow functioning. The mobile had been working very slowly since the day 1 of purchase, beside its battery goes off very quickly. I have been facing problems to charge the mobile after a month of purchase. Now the charger pin is not getting adjusted inside the space provided to plug in the USB-CABLE. I i have tried inserting different cables to plug in but all in vain. Therefore i would like to request you to take the product back and refund me, since the product had undergone within 3 months. Waiting for your positive reply.Hope you will do the needful.
