I purchased a symphony winter air cooler from Kamala sales, Ranchi on 3/04/2017. The invoice number was M/343. The dealer sent me a defective product,the swing of the cooler is not functioning. I called the customer service for complain also emailed them and still waiting for their response. The complaint I’d is: RA-UN 18D17009. I want the company to pay the compensation for sending me the defective product and for the mental harrassment.
