I have purchased a Symphony Air cooler from Chroma Store on 25th March 2016.

3 weeks back the pump stopped working. Immediately I registered a service request with symphony who have not contacted me even a single time since then and there is no way on their Customer care number to speak to any representative.

On 24th of April I contacted Chroma customer care and asked them to follow up with the Brand. Just a point to make here that at the time of purchase I was promised by Chroma that there will be no issues with the product after sales service and also they have charged me Rs. 424.15 against Extended warranty.

Since that day till today i have made 5-6 calls to Chroma customer care and they have turned deaf years to me. On every call they promise a resolution within 24 hours.

I have attached the proof of Purchase mentioning the details of the symphony air cooler as well as the extended warranty.

Its peak of Summer and i have a dummy cooler at my home which is not giving any relief and in fact is causing a lot of frustration.

Please help.
