Complaint regarding Symphony cooler service

I purchased symphony storm 70i cooler on 25th April,2015 for J.K Electrical, Noida. The product serial no is 1416415400928. The said product is suffering form several defects from the day first. The product is duly covered under warranty. I reported to the manufacturer and seller concerned employees several times having complaint no. GH-WA-9F15041, GH-RK-19F15022, GH-RK-13F15031, GH-WA-3F15025. Despite all the effort from my side no action has been taken yet. In the process 2 months have bees lapsed but attitude of manufacturer and seller reflects the malafide assurance given by the both parties. The deficiency in service led to delay, immense mental and financial losses to me. I, therefore call upon to replace my product and pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- as compensation for harassment suffered by me due to deficiency in service along with interest 14: pa with in 30 days of the receipt of this notice
