I had submitted an Insurance Claim for my iPhone6 (with broken screen), alongwith all the documents on 10 FEB 2016 to F1 SERVICES GURGAON, 1st FLOOR, RAGHUNATH CHAMBERS, OPP PNB SUKHRALI, MG ROAD, GURGAON HARYANA.
My phone has mobile insurance cover by Syska Gadget Secure.
1. I have called up their Customer Service hotline at 180030027090 innumerable times and have followed up with emails but have received not a single answer as to whether my claim is accepted or rejected.
2. On top of it, every time I call, I am informed that my case has been closed as I have not submitted the documents. When I remind the customer service representative that my iPhone, along with all the documents have already been submitted on 10Feb 2016, they tell me that they will send an email to the concerned department and I will hear from them soon. But not a single time have they reverted my call with a status update.
i find it ridiculous that after close to a month I an yet to hear from them on a status of my case / ETA on resolving. I do not even know what the issue from their end is.
I think their company is running a big scam and are a bunch of thieves who are scamming consumers. And I refuse to be taken for a ride by theor organization, so i am seeking help from your forum to resolve my complaint.
