Complaint regarding Syska gadget secure service

My mobile is Samsung galaxy j5 and i bought a syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile was damaged in an accident and i went to samsung mobile service center and raises my claim about syska gadget secure then they asked me my device and submit it and said they would gave me in 1month but when i went to service center they told me syska did not give the claim amount which is 6122 rs, so they did not give my mobile. And also samsung service center fraud me about my device. Please sir look into this matter as soon as possible. I attached all the documents below.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
