Complaint regarding tardy service from Greenline Bus

I had booked 2 ac sleeper tickets for coorg to bangalore for journey date 24th april 2017. Bus ticket had been confirmed with pnr nbrfxt3. Scheduled departure was 11 15 pm. However we were waiting at kodava samaja pickup point from 11 pm itself.
Non ac bus passed the point at 11 30 pm and on enquiry the driver mentioned that the ac sleeper bus we were waiting for was unpredictable and regularly gets cancelled without information. He refused to board us or help. Coorg greenline office was not near pickup point and driver mentioned it was already closed. The driver shared the bangalore office number. On contacting bangalore office they kept asking us to wait and finally asked us to manage on our own. We finally booked a taxi and although we knew car journey is more tiring and expensive and risky at late night we did not have any option. This dont care and arrogant attitude should be legally and socially punished.
