I bought Mediprime policy from Axis bank Tatithaiya branch.First-year i get excellent service from Tata as well as from Axis staff also. But after transfer of both staff bad experience started.
I claimed on 2/12/2017 & submit all asked documents to Surat branch as per Mr.Bxxxxxh informed me. He sent all docs to his Ahmedabad branch office on 11/12/2017 via Mahabali courier service(courier No:1025218749), which still not received those documents as per customer care service TATA. So that I asked him to find out the status of the document but till today he is not able to update the status of my original documents.
Kindly request you to do the needful & take my case on a priority basis.
