I have connection of Tata docomo Photon. I have requested them so many time to disconnect the services as i do not need it. I have visited so many time to their office, and also tell their customer service executive to stop services but every time they just generate new bill and ask me to pay as a final settlement and assure that i will get the letter from office in this regard. but i have not receive any letter till date and again new bill is generated. Even not ready to accept my application.

I have copy of last payment receipt. This is harassment , I am facing from last 7 months from the company.

After visiting the Office , no one is ready to solve the issue only ask us to make a payment.

Please help.
