I want to complaint about Tata Docomo. Since last two months, I am facing problem with internet  speed. I am able to browse with much difficulty and even the whatsap message is not sent fast. If I call the customer care they keep me on hold for 30 to 35 minutes by saying they are are transferring the line to seniors and after the lines gets disconnected. But they keep deducting more for data usage. Now I am unable to connect to customer care in the past 10-12 days. When I call from a different number then they disconnect the line immediately after hearing me. My money is getting wasted like this. Please help me.
