Complaint regarding Tata Docomo service and billing

I am requesting to company from last 6 month to disconnection my postpaid Ac. but company is not listening to me and only charging not used bill and threatening to me. And giving lengthy complicated procedure. I am filling bill only the hope that they will disconnect me. but till the billing they threats and after that they not takes serious and chage me new bill. I am paying like this cycle from 3 previous bill am not using the phone or net it is totally off. But they making me mails for billing only.

Please help me and give me justice orally I have requested to company several times for disconnection but they not taking seriously. Give me justice and help me for return my last 3 bils I have not used.
