I niyati ghate am using a TATA DOCOMO network for my mobile. I have done recharge of Rs. 250/- on 13/03/2015 of internate recharge with talktime of Rs. 222/-. The very next day morning i saw my balance deduction of Rs. 75/-. So i called tata docomo costumer care. She said to me that i have activated some super madel club on 4/03/2015 and i renewa it on 14/03/2015. Which i never ever did. I asked her to refund my money, which she accepted to do. At that same day evening i was trying to connect to the internal from my phone but network doesn’t even showing me any sing of connection or anything related to Internet connection. I was tryin connecting from dadar station to asangaon and even after that for 2 hours. I switched off my phone and switched it on for several of times so that it might get connected but there was no use. After reaching home i selected TATA DOCOMO network manually which i used to do everyday or else network turned into Vodafone and it causes roaming charges. I really dont know how they turned my docomo network into Vodafone again and i got connected with Internet in vodafone network automatically when i was sleeping. Today morning i chaked out my balance which showed me Rs. 11/- only. I again called costumer care and told that lady everything and told her to refund my money for this issue too. Where as that costumer care executive was shouting on me and disconnected my phone when i am still talking to her. I redail to customer care, again another lady did the same thing with me. They are not even responding me correctly. I am so much disappointed with this thing and i really want my money back which i never used with this network.
Sir/madam i am a comman person using this network who does not afford Rs. 200/- deduction for a day.
