Complaint regarding Tata Motors service issue

This complaint is regarding tata motors for service record mismatch of my tata nano xta 2016.

I bought this car from Tata Motors-Concorde, Bangalore in September 2016(1 year). Got Serviced from Preerna Motors-Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

Issue- My car service record/history has been messed up by Preerna Motors and merged service record of another car. Due to this, My car details are deleted from Tata Motors vehicle records.

As a result, despite having 4 years warranty, Gold AMC, On road free service and free services, I am not being provided service for any of the mentioned above.

Recently I needed an on road service and called up Tata Motors customer service, they could not send me on road service since my car details are not available in their application/database.

This has incurred me cost as well as harassment. Despite having paid for all the services in advance, i had to suffer.

I have informed this issue to both Preerna Motors and Tata Motors customer Service. Raised formal complaint in the month of May 2016 and then multiple followups and re raise complaints. I did not get resolution for 5 months now.

Resolution required:
I do not want to own any Tata Motors vehicle and want the company to refund me my money.
