Complaint regarding Tata Sky semi-annual recharges

Tata Sky providers are not giving us semiannual recharge properly. They give us only 180days. They are not mention 180 days are semiannual. Semiannual should be, like 1st June to 31st December. One more think, after recharge for semiannual a lot of channels are showing no signal. I contacted customer executive they are unable to reply and cut off my phone connection.
