Complaint regarding Tata Sky services

Sir. I have requested a swipe request of box service but always they give me time and not registered a complain and I am frustrated now with then they always stand me in quew and not resolve my problen. This is going from 8 days. First they give me date of 3 Nov 2017 and now say your request is pending we call you on 7 Nov 2017.i have recharged DTH with RS 4850 for 1 year but it is deducted in 2 days. Plzzz help.i have submitted NOC form also but they not listening me.
