I am having Tata Sky T.V. Connection since 2013. In last three years every i face an problem regarding ‘Signal not Receiving’ and when i complaint regarding this to Tata Sky they have charge Rs.200/- for each technical Assistance Visit and they are assured that now you have not faced these problem again in future except the whether is not bed. after these i have faced again problem in third time and they have demanding for Rs.200/-. Now why i have pay every year extra Money for these service whichever no any type damage found on my hand only the executive has set the degree/angle for Tata Sky Dish. I am very Frustrated about Tata Sky if i have cancel the account and return Set Top Box and all things to Tata Sky then they have told that there are no policy for Refund.
Now My question is Whenever Service Provider not give satisfactory service and if i want to change the service Provider why not possible without wastage of Money and why promote set top box policy by Govt. Connection ID is “1111612162”
