Complaint regarding Tatasky recharge for package offer

I received a call from Tata Sky that they will give me 4 month package if I deposite Rs 510 in the account on same day that is 30th June as scheme is only for the day. I did the same. Then called their toll free no to up date the account. But they told me that they don’t have the information. I dropped an e mail mentioning all detail. I got prompt reply of the mail that my problems are forwarded to concern department and some one will call me within short time.

But no body called me so I dropped another letter on 1st July And received same reply. But no one again called me. So I search the net and found that their is a system of chat. I connected with chat and gave them the details the person on chat took all detail and said that they will forward the case to the authority and they will do the needful by 6 th of July. I had no option then to wait. So I waited till 8th July but as before they neither did the need full nor replied back. So again on 8 th I Did chat with the representative. He again gave me same reply being lucky that day on 9 th a phone call came to me they gave me one phone no. To call and talk in offer department. I did it promptly but to vain the concerning person said now since you have used some money by viewing the t.v so if you deposite 100 Rs more we can up grade your package. I told him that this package was offered to me on 30 th June and amount you told me I had deposited. Now even if I deposite100 Rs more then what is the guarantee that package will be offered to me … May be this is you policy to take money from your customers….. So you up date the package from 30 th June or return me my money which I had paid you for offer . He made me talk to the senior who said that with in 2 hours she will resolve the problem and some body will call me after activating the package….. But again in vain. Today one person called me in the morning and gave me the same reply that I will have to deposite 120 Rs as short fall.

I want to ask you two things 1. When company does false advertisement they should not be punished? 2. This is companies mistake that they did not grand me package on 30 th then why should I be suffering. Either principally they should return my money with time I devoted for discussion and internet cost used or up date my package .

I would like to warn everyone that if Tata Sky offer u something do not pay money unless the send you the package… Because this is their tectice to drain money
