I have been complaining to telenor customer service for poor network conditions since last 6 months but I receive only assurance rather than result. I have been experiencing call drop, poor call quality, weak signal and no proper response from the network provider. When ever I complain about the issue they only tell one thing that there is no coverage in my area and will be fixed soon. But how soon that don’t know. Please if there any solution help us costumers.
