I am Sriram S Amilkanthwar consumer of TATA SWACH water purifier. I purchase this product from Bhavana electricals in khopoli on dated 18/06/2013 and after a 15 days the filter in that purifier is not working. I gives complaints to TATA SWACH consumer care department for 4 times, every time they told us their technician will help soon but till today no technician were comes and every time they gives me a complaint no they are as follows 225605, 226813, 227471, 228638. I also contact to the owner of Bhavana electrical he gives me the number of dealer, i call to him also. The dealer is also not responding properly giving the unwanted answers. My complaint is, please take a strict action against TATA SWACH organization. And please recover our losses by replacing the whole TATA SWACH LAVITA water purifier. Due to the fault of purifier i gets ill due to the impure water. I also want the recovery of the medical bill and doctor treatment cost. My expectation is take a strict action like that next time no consumer will affected the problem like this.
