Complaint regarding Tikona billing

I have tikona broadband. I have this connection in Indore but currently I m living there since 15 January I am in chhattisgarh and I have not used any data during last six months even no system is there only wires are there and I applied many times for cancellation of my connection on phone and still they are not listening me and giving me a bill of amount aroun Rs 4500 and pressuring me to pay this bill.
I request you to please review this bill amount because before February I m giving every bill every month so why I give this type of high amount which I never used.
Please review this properly step by step and then contact me.
