I had a Tikona BB connection. But after some time of getting the connection, Connectivity issue started. I called so many times to Tikona Care and they sent their engineers so may time , But every one said that your area is not feasible for connectivity. After so many follow ups, I decided to disconnect the Broadband Connection . and regarding that I called to costumer care of Tikona. They again said that we will send our Sr. Engineer to check the issue. But no one turned up.

By this time Tikona should have disconnected my connection, But they did not.

One day I got a call from Tikona saying that ,”Sir Please try Logging in to check if the issue has been resolved or not” so I Logged in. But the same problem was there.

Then I right a mail to them saying that finally I want to disconnect the connection in october 2016. I wright mail so may time to disconnect my connection but they did not disconnected .

Now every month I was getting bill for the Service I did not use . I got a mail with full discription of the ammount due toward tikona with a langauge of threat. I want to raise a “Complaint” against tikona for “Mental Harrasment”.
