A 3 year customer of Tikona at the same address (in New Delhi), I was disappointed when the conection stopped working on Oct 31, 2016. Finally, on Nov 15-20, engineers visit my residence but there is no clue. The area manager said that they had moved the local area Access Point to a new location on Oct 31 as the rental was too much. They later placed it on a new building which was not able to provide connectivity to me as it was not LOS. However they were not willing to help restore connectivity

On Nov23 I received a call saying that my area is not feasible. Immediately after, I was not able to log-in and check my account on the website. My password was changed by them. Later I found out that it was used on Nov 23.

I had paid my bill for Oct 7 to Nov 6 period. My connection stopped working on Oct 31 so I still had 7 days of paid service left.

Nevertheless my new bill was generated on Nov 7. I refused to pay that amount. They finally asked me to pay a pro-rated amount of the bill from Nov 7 to Nov 23. However I was not given any conncetivity during that period and hence I was not willing to pay. I several times spoke to the customer care and senior executives but to no avail.

On Jan 15 someone from the company (Axxxn) came to collect the device from my home. I gave him the adapter and cables from inside my house. When he went to the roof to take the rooftop device, it was missing. I had noticed that another Tikona employee had been there to install a new connection. I told him that it would not work there. I contacted him about it he said that he had not taken it but another Tikona employee, Dxxxxk had taken it. He gave me his number and Axxxn spoke to him. He initially denied but later accepted that he had taken it. He agreed to return the device to me, and I have to return it to the company. I am still waiting for Dxxxxk to come and return it to me.

On 17 Jan I received information from the court that they had filed a case against me in the Tis Hazari Court!!! (An email had been sent to me about it on Jan 3). As the total amount was less than Rs 700 the person advised me to pay it online and give her the transaction number. I have made the payment to them to avoid going to the court.

I am so disgusted by the cheating, lying and stealing way Tikona Networks deals with its customers. I hope that someone will take action against them.

I want damage against the period where I lost connectivity and the amount I had to spend for alternate connectivity and the bill that I have been forced to pay along with emotional trauma.
