We are using tikona broadband services. Our plan is of 4MBPS up to 9GBGB worth ofrs1700rs per month. But we are not getting proper browser as well as downloading speed. And today I check it and it is just giving near about 50 kbps download speed. In last week we call customers care 7 times, they register our complaint but nathing work.
