I placed a request to close Tikona connection in OCt 2015 and shifted to new locality. They didn’t closed the connection till 7th Dec. I made the last payment on 30th Oct which also I was not suppose to as I made closure request before 15th Oct. The payment which I made was from 15th Oct to 14th Nov, and did not used their services during this period. Now they ask me for settlement and devices after 6 months. They were continuously pressurizing me to transfer the connection to any known one which I told was not possible. Now they starting calling me in the name of different lawyers and pressurizing me. Please help me with this issue. I am attaching supporting document having snapshots of bills, payments and mail communication .
