Complaint regarding Tikona internet connection

I am facing frequent disconnection in my internet connection and also slow speed. My internet also get disconnected for hours.
Here are the list of the complaints numbers:

The response that i get from the company is:
“YOur issue will be resolved in 4 hours/8 hours/12 hours”
“We will keep your connection under observation”
“We will assign an executive”
There is problem with roof top device, we will fix it. The tikona id is 1107372637
