I took the broadband internet connection in Feb 2016 and from the week 1 of connection, I had been facing the connection and as well as speed issues. I called customer service center may be a 100 times and the issue was not at all resolved even after repeatedly calling.
I had also placed a request terminate the connection a while ago after all seeing all these issues.
Recently on 1st Nov 2017, I placed a request for termination of my connection because of the same issue and I eventually had already gone for Airtel Fiber connection which is of 40 MBPS connection with 100GB data.
I also stopped using the internet from TIKONA from 30th Oct 2017.
Tikona says they have billing cycle on every month 26th and I placed a termination request on 1st Nov 2017.
Now they are asking me to pay Rs. 449/- just just for 4 days. I am not sure how they are calculating the usage just for 4 days.
Though there was issues with the internet connection & speed, I retained the internet connection and have been paying the monthly bill within the due date.
But now CSR from TIKONA are calling me every now and then and harasing me to pay the bill of Rs. 449. In fact, they have to refund the monthly charges for all the months till date since there was lot of issues until 30th Oct 2017.
