Tikona has crossed limits. Common, you people think that we customer are fools and can be trapped.
I have mailed them since January regarding service disconnection because of speed issues and also poor service. Their representative says something which is of no value. I have asked for disconnection since January but they don’t take any action.All they send is auto generated mails.They don’t disconnect the service and then increment their billing cycles and sends demand legal notice to threaten poor customer like us. All they communicate is via phone and that too their representative says all false things. I have been harrased by their mails and calls for paying dues. Though I have already asked for a disconnection since January till now their going on incrementing billing cycles and asking me pay sum of 2074 and 1500 fo device with their some made calculation. They bugs us with calls to which we have repeatedly asked for disconnection.
Worst service provider,with no honesty and integrity in them. They believe they can fool and harras innocent customer like us.

I would like to thank this forum to express views, so that these big fat dishonest companies do not loot and mislead innocent customer like us.
