Complaint regarding Tikona internet service

I have used Tikona internet services when i was in Pune till march’16.

I have informed about this to Tikona and cleared all my outstanding bill and closed that connection promptly before leaving Pune.

Once i shifted Tikona said they will shift my network to Banglore. But their Representatives visited my house and confirmed that since there is no network connection feasibility in my locality they have regretted to provide services to me.

Even after this they have been charging me rentals for three months and sending me payment reminders every week . there was actually no connection to my place and i havent used their services after i left pune. I have been sent a notice for this and i have been put in to mental torture and harassment due to this. I want some senior person to take this up and stop sending me such payment reminders and notices. They are doing cheating and fraud activities like this by collecting money from customers who are actually not their customers any more.

    Dear Sir,

    Why are you calling and threating to take legal action for no fault of mine.? This is not a correct way to handle. I have explained that tikona itself regreted to give me a connection in bangalore amd then now you charge me rentals. How does it justify. I request you to immedately stop all this threats and clear all my bills. I tried to reach your customer care. No body is picking calls. Expectingyour call.
