I have taken tikona connection. i have paid for 6th month internet (advance payment was made 4512 RS) and near 2 months i used internet connection and after that techincial issue came nad more than 3 technicians and they were visited more than 5 times and since 15 to 20 days i did complained of the issue but still is not resolved and finally i asked them to close the connection and i asked humbly to refund my money for remaining months. But they are saying that they will not refund my money. The person from whom i took connection he said when you not get good service you can close the connection and easily your money will get refund.
Now daily we call them on their customer care number and every time they tell us they will send another technician.
It has already 15 to 20 days since we are getting internet and since more than one week we are asking them to do refund process but stil they haven’t started any further process regarding this. so in next one week if tehy will complete the refund process then i will do police complain and society complain.
