I am customer of Tikona Digital Networks since July 2015 Service ID= 1114210008. Since I got the connection I am Facing problem likes connectivity issues and slow speed, at the time of installation these issues may also occurred but salesmen said to me that this problem is temporary and solved within 1-2 days. But now after 3 months passed away and no noticeable improvement shown by them, now I am feeling cheated by them. Their are two engineer visits performed by them at my premisses and engineer said that “it’s backend problem from our side and will be solved in 2-5 days”. This time also I didn’t get any satisfaction from their service and nothing improved. I have same repeated problem of speed and connectivity. Now I am feeling that I am ignored by them. It’s my humble request to you please kindly raise my voice to them with your power and help me I am getting financial loss of Rupees 750 per month for their pathetic service.
