Complaint regarding Tikona service and billing

I was took tikona broadband connection 4th may-2015 for 6 month. and i paid advance amount for 6 months may to october-2013. And after End of ocober i moved to other place so request for disconnect my connection but they was not proceed for cancelation request and sent me outstanding bill which was not used by me.

And finally after 2-3 month i discussed with their customer care executive and close my connection and he/she confirmed that the connection will close and no any payment need to paid from my side.

But suddenly i called from advocat of tikona (Rxxxl sxxxxxxa ) and he told me that i have black listed by tikona and alos told about some legal notice to me and i had paid 1995rs to tikona which was’nt used by me.

so i want to claim about this fraud of tikan brodband service.

    I am also getting threat from Tikona advocate Mr. Amit Thakur Delhi that they will black list me and file a case against me at Delhi purposely for harresment . The company is registered in Mumbai & I am also staying in Mumbai then also they are filing case in Delhi. I have already paid for the period which I used service. Then they ask me to pay for whole month that also I have paid. Now they are asking Rs.400/- as late payment fees. I ask therm to give me waiver for late payment & I have paid principle amount. I wants to ask Tikona are they doing this type of things with customers for small amount. There is a big competition in Internet market. If you will do like this you will loose all customers & not good for your companies health. This will spoil your name in market.
