Refund from Rediff Shopping – Rs.498/-: Parveen Bhalla of Kailash Vatika, Patna, 800010, Bihar (Email: drpavno1[at]gmail.com) ordered for a heavy duty vacuum cleaner with Rediff shopping on 31-05-2014. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance. Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012. He finally got his refund on 7.11.2012.

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application:
Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue.
