I’m living in Vasundhara Sector 5 (Ghaziabad) and I’m using Tikona’s Internet service since July 6th. Since then I almost call them on daily basis and they put my connection for observation for 4 hours and then it gets resolved. I suffer on daily basis. Daily at odd hours my connection goes off. And the customer support is making excuses like sir all of the people in your area are facing such issues. Seriously I’ve nothing to do but to call their customer support and waste my time. Pathetic! Thinking of going to consumer court.
