I am Vamshi KV from Hyderabad. I had requested to Tikona customer care department for cancellation of my Tikona service account (ID:1111096300) in the month of february 2016 and they told me to pay Rs. 150/- as final bill and also said that there will be no further charges and the account will be closed so I had paid the bill (date: 06/03/16; merchant: 210958919/TECH TIKONA DIGITAL; transaction ID: 0000160665633044; amount:150.00).
Today I got a call from Tikona laywer that we are still due to Tikona and I have told him we had already paid all the amount but still he insisted us to pay the bill as he is going to submit the case filed by Tikona to court so I had no option other than paying the amount today with no fault of my own:
I had been telling customer service people in earlier calls to refer to the recordings prior to paying last bill (on March 06, 2016) but Tikona people are very careless and without checking valid information they harassed us to pay the bill. I would like to request you to help me to get my money back from Tikona.
