Complaint regarding Tikona services

i have disconnected the tikona service 6 months before but still they are sending the emails to pay the money of 1300 rs even after clearing all the dues. they have informed me to return the equipment but when i called to that contact number it was not reachable.i informed the same thing to customer care people but they have not taken the complaint and now they are saying me to pay 1500 rs. none of the people have called me regarding this but they are keep on sending the emails to pay 1500 rs. it really annoying . So let me know how i can raise a complaint against tikona. Even they have not provided the internet for last month i have raised 10 complaints regarding the internet issue but they failed to give internet service also.very worst network. they should ban the licence in india.
