Complaint regarding Tikona services

I have taken a service from Tokona one year before. The first 1 month it was working fine later we faced so much slippage on providing continuous network services. Every month It will be working few days and the rest of the days we have to raise a complaint and waiting to get resolve it. They didn’t send any person to fix that on time and some month we have to wait for more than 20 days to get it resolve.

They didn’t ask any apology and didn’t provide the waiver for the period its not working. In mail asked to close the service but they didn’t listen.

So finally I have thrown out the service and take a new connection from AIRTEL. Now they keep on bugging to pay the money for the bill which is generated later and person are coming to my home and threatening the ladies in my home.

So want to fail a complaint against the tikona services. My Consumer number is #1120347632 Complaint Number=1-470565126,1-4702598165,
