I have been a consumer of tikona once in year 2012 their agents called me and said i need to pay installation charges at first which was 1100rs and next 2 months service will be free at that time other company was providing me 400 rs /Month installation included.
Tikona kept on trying and i denied,Later i agreed and paid 1100 they installed and left, later after 1 month i saw if there is an issue nobody will come to rectify it so I stopped using it calling them to stop services as there is no one available on time they asked to pay them 800rs extra for 2 months, I told them that 2 months services are free I gave them number of the agent who installed and explained me the scheme . they didn’t listen at all. and one day 1 of the guy from tikona pretending to be a lawyer(Dont have any idea if he is a lawayer) called and said if you do not pay 800rs then a case will be registered against you, I got scared and frustrated and paid.
but i felt so bad about it that there are scammers and they live in for of tikona, my first life experience that, how they fool and lie to you just to get 800rs
