Complaint regarding Tikona’s poor speed

Even after repeated complaints to Tikona on speed issue there is no action taken from them. I have taken 4 Mbps plan and I am hardly getting speed of 1 Mbps. During Peak Hours it is unable to get connected also.

The reason is they are giving this connection from the transmitter fitted in Ambanagri Society. They have given so many connections through that server. So when load increases, the speed goes down. During night and weekends there is no speed at all.

Request you to kindly take it forward and help me get a permanent resolution to it.

I have submitted many complaints in this regard. They increase the speed for two days, then once I confirm the complaint is resolved, they again slow it down. I have already paid 3 months advance rental for using it. I Paid Rs 2800 at the time of installation

It is clearly intentional. Hope launching complaint in this forum will help.

    So you can imagine what connectivity I am getting.
