I have buyed an titan raga watch on 10/11/2015 for my mom at Rs. 6000/- from chandmari titan store guwahati, assam and after few months it stoped working. I have subbmited the watch for repair for more than 4 times till now but the problem has not been resolved till now. Last time I have submitted it on 13/10/2016 for repair and asked them to replace the watch as there is no surety that this time also it will not show the problem but the stuff reply was that “sir we can’t give you proper assurance that it will not show problem and we can’t replace the watch for you, it’s your risk to buy the watch”. Is this the proper reply that a branded companies employee give to the customer insted of giving a permanent solution to the customer. I have also tried to contact the companies toll number and have also talked to the executive but they are also of no use. They have also not given me a permanent solution to me. Rs.6000/- is not a small amount for me and the most important thing is I have not received the watch till today.And it is not possible for me to visit the store every day for the same problem and the warranty is also going to expire and after that they will also not take the risk.This is really a shameless thing for a branded company that a customer has to complain everyday and wait for the solution.So I request you to take necessary action against it whatever the company is and help me to get the compensation/replacement of the as soon as possible.
