Having issue in my Toshiba LCD. Unable to see AV screen. I called up Toshiba customer care to resolve this issue because LCD is in warranty. I logged complaint on 16th September ( Complaint Number – SR9H0024669). But over after 40 days my issue was not resolved. i had emailed to cpcare@toshiba-india.com many times but not getting any response.
Kindly help to needful.
