I have an Internet connection through TV service provider. Tripleplay internet. They gave a hard time for the payment and could not even allow me to give an grace period. Moreover it’s for last 10 days the internet is down for more than 4-5 hours. Several calls and emails to followup with them still no help.
They do nothing and in turn my usage is low can’t even use the internet. Paying 1000 bucks each month and going through this pain everyday for making calls and emails doesn’t solve anything.

They are so rude even bother to pickup the phone
