Complaint regarding TTK Prestige gas table servicing

I had Purchased Prestige Company’s Gas Table (GT 02 SS) on 11-04-2016. its knob has come out for which we are contacting its service centre to get it fitted. The complaint was placed on 24th May 2016 (Complaint No. MUMB 1864640) which was expected to be resolved withing 48 hours but till date 27th May 2016 the technicians has not been send to us. We are facing lot of inconvenience & Mental harassment due to this delay. kindly consider this complaint on priority. Thank you.
